Mark L. Lynne is a Principal and Director of the Health and Welfare Practice with Bolton Partners, Inc. specializing in Health & Welfare Services. Prior to joining Bolton Partners, Inc, Mr. Lynne held senior positions at Herget/C&B Consulting Group, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland and was vice president of sales and marketing at Preferred Health Network. He has been a recurring speaker at the International Foundation Conferences and has served as a Medicare Part D expert for public radio and TV shows. |

Mark Lynne is a cum laude graduate, with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, from Loyola College. He has continued his education by obtaining his designation as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS). Mark attained the designation of Fellow with the CEBS program in 1995 and is a past president of the Chesapeake Chapter of CEBS and has taught several CEBS courses at local universities. |
