We are seeking an actuary to lead the maintenance of an existing pension valuation system and assist in the development and design of a replacement system. This pension valuation measures the liability of thousands of individual pension plans in a single run. Must have the following pension experience and credentials:
- FSA with 5 years experience; or
- ASA with 7 years experience; or
- EA with ten years experience.
Must have experience reviewing/changing 3rd generation programs (VB, FORTRAN) and be able to write programming specifications for implementation by actuarial programmers. Candidate may need to certify the actuarial accuracy of the valuation system. Additionally, the candidate may be asked to complete Experience studies.
