Ms. Boykin is the President of Bolton Partners Investment Consulting Group, Inc. She has over 20 years of investment experience and focuses on advising Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans. Prior to joining Bolton Partners in 2004, Ms. Boykin held senior positions with several large pension plans. She was Chief Investment Officer of the Maryland State Retirement System, Deputy CIO of Lucent Asset Management, and SIO (head of the investment division) of the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System. Prior to that, she was a portfolio manager for an insurance company.

Ms. Boykin is a CFA charterholder, and she is a member of CFA Institute. She is a Past President of the Baltimore CFA Society, and she was a former grader of the CFA examinations. She holds a Masters of Science in Finance from Loyola University Maryland and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University.
